Refund policy

If something isn't right, reach out. We'll make it work.

You can return or exchange any new, unused item within 30 days of delivery. You don't need the original packaging — if it hasn't been worn in the field, we're good.

Exchanges are free. Wrong size, wrong pattern, changed your mind — we'll cover the return shipping and get the right one out to you.

For a refund, return shipping is on you. Once it lands and checks out, we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Usually 3 to 5 business days to show up, depending on your bank.

If we sent the wrong thing or it showed up damaged, that's on us. Send a photo and we'll get the right item out and cover shipping both directions. Don't ship anything back until you hear from us.
